I thought I'd share my workouts at the end of each week to help hold myself accountable to keep doing them, and if they help someone else along the way, well then that's perfect! The larger number at the end of each listed exercise is the number of repetitions I do and the smaller number is the number of sets I do. I love to lift moderate weights, so not light for me, but not super heavy either. I use a weight that has be struggling at the end of my sets. If you're fresh as s daisy at the end of your set, you need to bump up your weight, and no ladies, lifting heavy DOES NOT make you bulky!
