Tank Top Arm Workout

Bikini Season is upon us so I wanted to get back into posting some fitness related things, starting with this tank top arms ready workout! All you need is a little bit of space and a pair of dumbbells, no gym required.
These moves are all basic, so if you aren't sure what one is, a simple YouTube search should turn up a demonstration for you. Or just drop a comment and I'd be happy to elaborate. As with any multi-muscle group workout you do, you wouldn't want to do this one on consecutive days to allow your muscles to rest and repair, and you only need to do this 2-3 times per week.
If you're a beginner, 8 pound dumbbells should be feasible. If you're more experienced with working out, you'll bump up to 12-15 pounds and up on your dumbbells.
It's also worth noting that the biggest factor in the results you see is your diet ;)
 


Pushups are my favorite exercise so I always try to incorporate a few variations into my arm workouts. If you wanted to make this a total body fat-burning workout, you could do one set of each exercise, then move to the next without resting to complete one entire circuit. Take a shirt break, then repeat all two more times. A great addition for fat-burning is to throw in a cardio burst in between each exercise. For example, start with your wide stance pushups, do 30 jumping jax. Move to tricep dips, 30 jumping jax. Complete Dumbbell Rows, 30 jumping jax, etc. You get the idea!
