This has been my favorite workout this week. I like to spend somewhere between 25-35 minutes on my weight workouts most days since I do them in addition to my runs, so this is a good, quick one to add into the mix. It's for time, so the idea is to rest as little as possible. I'm also all about combining upper and lower body moves to increase calorie burn. Work smarter, not harder :)
All you need is a set of dumbbells, I used my 15's for this workout.
Do 12-15 of each exercise and repeat the whole workout 5 times total.
