I post lots of workout and fitness related things on my Pinterest, but most of the time, it's all for naught because I just end up making my own workouts and forgetting all about those things. But last week, I came across an upper body workout that grabbed my attention because it reminded me of the upper body section of a Pure Barre workout so I gave it a try and I LOVED it! The workout came from the blog Pumps and Iron which I have since added to my Bloglovin and I'm loving it so much! I wanted to share the workout with y'all in the hopes that you'd give it a try and I'd encourage you to follow Pumps and Iron blog as well for some other great workouts.

I typically use 15 pound dumbbells when working out and for this workout, I used 3 pounds. Yes, you read that right, THREE pound weights and I was dying by the third round. It's a lot of small movements, but you're working that muscle to exhaustion with the high reps and minimal rest. It's a really effective way to sculpt your upper and lower body alike.
