I tried this cookie over the weekend after finding it on Pinterest. I'm linking to the original recipe as well as sharing it below. They are called Confetti Cookies and you probably have most of the ingredients in your pantry already. Caroline had a great time helping to dump the ingredients in the bowl and mix them up.
3/4 cup softened unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg plus one egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3.5 ounce packets instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together. Next add eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt and mix until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add in pudding mix and stir until all mixed in, then add flour 1/2 cup at a time. Fold in sprinkles. Spoon dough onto prepared sheet by the spoonful leaving an inch or so between cookies. (We rolled our cookies into little balls instead of just dropping the spoonfuls). Bake 8-10 minutes according to your oven and preference.
These are seriously so, so good! You just may end up eating like ten of them in a day like I did. No regrets.
Here's a little bump pic for ya. Yesterday was the first day I put on non-workout clothes all week, so I snapped a pic.
Top: Sugar Boutique | Maternity Jeans: Gap | Fringe Booties: Mossimo for Target | Necklace: Bourbon and Boweties from The White Chandelier | Earrings: Moon and Lola
I got this top from Sugar last week and I just love it! It's just a piko top, so non-maternity, but the blush color is so, so pretty in person! The blush just sold out (they may re-stock), but there are lots of other pretty colors in the same cut. I'm loving the lavender. The jeans I got a couple months ago from Gap. I think they are still available and on sale. Booties are old from Target. Piko tops are a great non-maternity option for the pregnant ladies, too. I feel like the ones I have will be on repeat postpartum as well. They are as comfy as pajamas but can look pulled together with the right outfit.
